The combination of her passion, expertise, and altruistic approach to employee care enables her to cultivate programs that empower employees and enhance company health. She is known for rolling up her sleeves, digging through claims, mining and interpretating data, and billing reconciliation to resolution. She provides guidance to our claim advocacy team to fight on our client’s behalf with miss-adjudicated claims, erroneous bills, and negotiating with doctors and facilities to ensure employees are receiving the most value and the plan/employer is not overpaying.
She volunteers with Feeding America, National Academy of Finance (NAF), and other organizations. Through NAF she has mentored three students.
